Restoration Renaissance aims to encourage all individuals (regardless of their age) to find their passion, teach an understanding of reciprocity, and instill a sense of confidence.

We all have gifts so let us explore. - What negative views do you have and who do you spend your time with? - Be positive and be inspired by positive people, this will be your fuel. - Be comfortable saying “no” - Mind and body are ONE - Welcome thing that test you, view problem as opportunities.

Dealing with Adversity

You have done your best and it did not work out, what next? - How do you respond to hearing “NO”? - How do it repair me? - Is it personal and why do I feel that?.
